price. All returns must be received within 30-days of receipt in a new, unused condition. All original packaging, parts

Shipping Costs
If the return is for a refund, only the value of the product returned and
associated sales taxes will be refunded. The amount paid for shipping will not be
reimbursed and the customer will pay for the cost of shipping all returned
items back to Top Massage Tables. Returns are not processed until we have received the returned item
and it has been inspected.
If the return is in exchange for
a replacement, the customer will pay for the cost of shipping all returned
items back to Top Massage Tables. We will cover the cost of shipping the replacement to the customer.

This policy applies even in the case of defective items. We understand it is not your
fault the item is defective, but please understand it is not our fault
that the item is defective either. We ship what the manufacturer provides us, and we
